Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore Monday approved the interim bail of former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry till April 20 in four cases of May 9.
Fawad Chaudhary has filed an application for interim bail in four cases of May 9 in the ATC for which he appeared in the court along with his wife Hiba Fawad.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Arshad Javed heard the bail application and granted interim bail till April 20 and prevented the police from arresting Fawad.
The court also asked for the records of the cases from the police on the next hearing. Fawad Chaudhry had filed a bail application in one case each in Gulberg, Naseerabad and Model Town police stations.
