'My husband, an ex-cop, inducted me into drug trafficking gang,' Pinky tells probe team
She further revealed that she met other members of the group through her former husband

Karachi: A complete investigative report has surfaced regarding the arrest of accused drug dealer Anmol alias Pinky in a narcotics case.
According to Anmol alias Pinky, she received her early education at Government Girls School in Sohrab Goth, Karachi. Pursuing her passion for modeling and acting, she moved to Lahore in 2006. She stated that she met a girl at Minar-e-Pakistan and later began living with her.
Pinky told the investigation team that she used to visit film directors’ offices in search of modeling and acting opportunities. She also met her former husband — a former police officer — at a film director’s office. According to her, it was her ex-husband who introduced her to his drug trafficking gang.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister of Punjab has sought a report from senior police officials regarding Pinky’s network.
Pinky further revealed that she met other members of the group through her former husband. On the advice of one of the group members, she divorced him. After their separation, she started her own narcotics business.
She stated that a female member of the group was married to a black African national, who allegedly smuggled cocaine into Pakistan. Pinky claimed she was arrested by the CIA Lahore in 2024. While working for her former husband, she used to transport drugs in a briefcase and deliver them to a man in Karachi. She said her ex-husband’s network extended across Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi, and that he had appointed her as the Karachi in-charge.
According to Pinky, after separating from her husband, she hired a woman to help supply narcotics. She also claimed that another woman in Lahore was involved in cocaine distribution. She had established a seven-rider delivery network for Karachi; four riders were arrested and later quit the operation, while three are still allegedly active.
Pinky also disclosed that a bank account had been opened in another person’s name for financial transactions.
Police sources stated that Anmol alias Pinky has not yet undergone a drug test. Although she underwent a medical examination today, no samples were taken for narcotics testing.
According to police sources, blood, urine, and hair samples are normally sent to laboratories for drug testing. Without these tests, no conclusion can be drawn regarding whether the accused herself used narcotics.
A police inquiry into cases registered against Pinky in Lahore in 2020 and 2022 reportedly uncovered serious flaws in the investigations.
Sources claimed that the investigating officer, Nazakat, never arrested Pinky. She was also not declared a proclaimed offender in the challan documents. Instead, her arrest was kept pending while another arrested suspect, Riaz, was acquitted. Furthermore, no forensic analysis was conducted on the narcotics allegedly recovered from Pinky’s brother, Riaz.
Sources added that investigating officer Nazakat has since retired, and the case investigation will be reopened after legal officers provide their opinion.
