Person who brought attacker to court has been taken into custody

Islamabad: A major breakthrough has been made in the investigation of the Islamabad district courts suicide bombing. Police have traced how the attacker reached the court premises.
According to police sources, the attacker reached the court for a fare of Rs. 200. The person who brought the attacker to the court has been taken into custody.
Police sources revealed that the attacker traveled from Golra Mor to the G-11 District Courts on a motorcycle. The motorcyclist turned out to be a rider from an online bike service, who transported the attacker from Golra to the court for Rs. 200.
Investigators are also using Safe City cameras to determine how the suicide bomber reached Golra in the first place.
It is worth recalling that in the recent suicide attack outside the Islamabad district courts, 12 people were martyred and more than two dozen others were injured. A case has been registered at the CTD Police Station under the Anti-Terrorism Act and other relevant sections of law.
