Pakistani model, actress Nadia Hussain contracts COVID
Karachi: Acclaimed Pakistani model and actress Nadia Hussain Khan has been tested positive for novel coronavirus, her social media post revealed.
On her official Instagram handle, Nadia Hussain shared a post that she recently tested positive for COVID.
“Alhamdullilah no major symptoms yet, had fever for two days, otherwise all good,” her Instagram post read.
She then urged fans to pray for her speedy recovery.
"The freaking bug has caught me too!!!! Had managed to avoid it for all this time but it had to happen I guess!!!" Hussain wrote.
"So far I'm good. Had fever only for 2 days. No major symptoms yet Alhamdulillah!!!" she added.
The 42-year-old further added that she is vaccinated against COVID with Sputnik V. She then requested everyone who have been in contact with her to get a PCR test if experiencing any symptoms related to deadly virus.
“Lots of love and prayers,” she concluded.
