Curfew has been imposed in Darsha Khel area of Karak and nearby villages


Karak: During a police operation in the Darsha Khel area of Karak, 17 Khawarij were killed, while five injured Khawarij hid in nearby areas.
The DPO said that a large number of weapons were recovered during the search operation. People should not leave their homes, and should not give shelter to anyone in their homes. Information about injured Khawarij should be given to the police immediately.
Curfew has been imposed in the Darsha Khel area of Karak and nearby villages.
Security sources said that security forces and police conducted an intelligence-based operation against Fitna-ul-Khawarij in the Darsha Khel area of Shah Saleem police station in Karak. This area is located on the boundary of Lakki Marwat and Karak.
Sources said that on secret information, a group of 22 Khawarij was surrounded in Darsha Khel under a regular plan, then they were targeted with great skill by narrowing the area. 17 Khawarij were killed in this operation.
Security sources also said that seven to ten Khawarij were also reported to have been seriously injured.
The Prime Minister paid tribute to the security forces for killing 17 Khawarij in Karak district and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured personnel.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that thanks to the professionalism and timely action of the security forces, the nefarious intentions of the Khawarij were thwarted. The government and the security forces are determined to completely eradicate terrorism and will soon uproot it.
