The NDMA has released updated figures on the damage caused by the monsoon rains and floods


(Web Desk): In Punjab and Sindh, 12 more people have died and 3 were injured in the past 24 hours due to ongoing rains and flooding.
Since June 26, the total death toll from monsoon rains and floods across the country has reached 922, according to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).
The NDMA has released updated figures on the damage caused by the monsoon rains and floods. According to the report, in the last 24 hours alone, 12 people lost their lives and 3 were injured—with 10 deaths in Punjab and 2 in Sindh.
Since June 26, a total of 922 fatalities and 1,047 injuries have been reported nationwide due to the rains and flooding.
The NDMA further stated that 4,594 rescue operations have been conducted across the country since the onset of the monsoon season.
