Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Monday inaugurated a day care center at Children Hospital Lahore.

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz reached the Children Hospital where she visited the various wards, loved the children, prayed for their speedy recovery and met the parents of the sick children. The Chief Minister issued instructions to the MS to solve the problems faced by the patients.

Maryam Nawaz also announced the construction of a new Intense Care Unit (ICU) at the Children Hospital and attended the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Islamic(ed) UK and the University of Child Health Sciences for the establishment of a college block. issued instructions for release of funds and speedy completion for Children's Hospital ICU. Education and research facilities related to children's health will be provided to medical students in the new college block.

Islamabad: The K-Electric has given a plea of fuel price adjustment of 9 months in which it is included to increase the price of power for 7 months reduction for 2 months.

According to the details, the plea was filed to receive under the FCA from July 2023 to March 2024. K-Electric asked to increase of power for 7 months under the FCA.

The collective increase of 7 months in power price is Rs18.86 while the reduction for 2 months is 0.29.

However, the national electric power regulatory authority (NEPRA) will hear the plea of K-Electric on May 9 and after that the authority will decide on plea under the FCA.

The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued orders for the transfer of several judicial officers.

Chief Justice LHC Malik Shehzad Ahmad Khan issued transfer orders of 191 Additional Session Judges, four Senior Civil Judges and 171 Civil Judges.

After the approval of Chief Justice Lahore High Court, Registrar Abdul Rasheed Abid issued notification of transfer of judges.
