Iran suspends message exchanges with the US over ceasefire violations in Lebanon, rejects negotiations

Tehran: According to Iranian media, Iran has suspended the exchange of messages with the United States as a form of protest.
Reports indicate that Iranian officials strongly condemned Israeli military operations in Gaza and Lebanon, stating that no negotiations would take place until Israeli forces withdraw from both territories.
According to the reports, Iranian authorities have also demanded Israel’s complete withdrawal from what they describe as occupied areas in Lebanon. Officials stated that under the current circumstances, there is no possibility of negotiations and that Israel and its supporters must be held accountable for their actions.
The officials further claimed that a decision has been made to completely close the Strait of Hormuz.
However, such a significant claim regarding the closure of the Strait of Hormuz requires independent verification, as any move of this nature could have far-reaching consequences for global energy markets and international trade.
