Iranian delegation departs to Tehran after participating in Islamabad Talks
Ishaq Dar, Field Marshal General Asim Munir, Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq, and Mohsin Naqvi bid farewell to the Iranian delegation.


Islamabad: After participating in the talks hosted by Pakistan as a mediator, the Iranian delegation has departed from Islamabad and is heading back to Tehran.
On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Field Marshal and Chief of Defence Forces General Asim Munir, Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi bid farewell to the Iranian delegation.
The Iranian delegation included Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Majlis-e-Shura) Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
It is noteworthy that Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Baqer Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi attended the Islamabad talks. The talks lasted for nearly 21 hours, but no final agreement was reached.
The US delegation, led by Vice President JD Vance, also returned to the United States without a deal. Both parties blamed each other.
