Mainly dry weather likely in most parts of country

Islamabad: Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 12 hours.

However, isolated rain, wind and thunderstorm is expected in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northeast Punjab, Pothohar region, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan during daytime.

Temperature of major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad fourteen degree centigrade, Lahore sixteen, Karachi twenty-four, Peshawar thirteen, Quetta seven, Gilgit twelve, Murree four and Muzaffarabad twelve degree centigrade.

According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy to cloudy weather with chances  of rain is expected in Srinagar, Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, while partly cloudy in Leh.

Temperature recorded this morning:  

Srinagar and Anantnag four degree centigrade,  Jammu thirteen, Leh minus four, Pulwama and Baramula three and Shopian two degree centigrade.
