NDMA issues landslide, flood alert for different parts of country

Web Desk: The National Emergencies Operation Center of NDMA has issued a flood alert for Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and Balochistan till Saturday.

Due to heavy rains, there is a risk of landslides in mountainous areas of Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa till Monday.

Several major highways, including the Karakoram Highway, may be affected by landslides.
