Over the past four days of unrest, 22 people have been killed and more than 100 injured

(Web Desk): According to a foreign news agency, violent protests continue in Madagascar despite the announcement of the government's dissolution. In the capital city, Antananarivo, hundreds of young people have taken to the streets.
The report states that protesters are demanding President Andry Rajoelina’s resignation, along with solutions to water and electricity shortages and an end to corruption.
Security forces used tear gas to disperse the demonstrators. Over the past four days of unrest, 22 people have been killed and more than 100 injured.
The news agency further reports that Madagascar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has rejected the reported death toll.
It is worth noting that on September 29, President Andry Rajoelina announced the dissolution of the government following the violent public protests.
