Constitutional Bench of SC adjourned the hearing of the case till tomorrow


Islamabad: The Supreme Court has suspended the order of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to stop Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri from judicial work.
Justice Tariq Jahangiri was stopped from doing judicial work on the issue of his degree, against which he had approached the Supreme Court, and he was granted relief.
The Supreme Court issued notices to the parties and allowed Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri to work.
The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court adjourned the hearing of the case till tomorrow.
It is pertinent to note that Karachi University had issued its notification on the issue of Justice Tariq Jahangiri’s degree, which was also sent to the Islamabad High Court.
