Israeli aggression in Gaza continues; 28 more Palestinians martyred since morning

(Web Desk): Israeli aggression in Gaza remains relentless, with 28 more Palestinians martyred since this morning due to attacks by Zionist forces.
According to Qatar-based broadcaster Al Jazeera, medical sources informed local reporters that at least 28 people have been martyred across Gaza since early morning as a result of ongoing attacks.
Al Jazeera reports that 17 of those killed were from Gaza City and areas in the northern Gaza Strip. Many of them were targeted near humanitarian aid centers.
Gaza's Government Media Office stated that more than 700 Palestinians have been martyred in attacks while standing in line to collect water, calling it a “systematic war of thirst.”
According to an official statement, Israeli forces have targeted 112 water refill stations and destroyed 720 water wells, depriving over 1.25 million people of access to clean water.
The statement said, “We consider this racist policy a complete war crime under the Geneva Conventions and a severe violation of international human rights and humanitarian law.”
The Media Office further stated that Israel has banned the entry of 12 million liters of fuel per month, which is essential for operating water wells, sewage treatment plants, garbage collection trucks, and other critical services.
This ban has “virtually crippled Gaza’s water and sanitation systems,” leading to a rapid spread of diseases, particularly among children.
On March 9, Israel also cut off the last remaining power line to the final water desalination plant in central Gaza’s Deir al-Balah area. This halted large-scale drinking water production and deepened the already severe water crisis.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported on Sunday that the confirmed death toll in Israel’s war on Gaza has now reached 58,026.
According to the Ministry, more than half of those killed since the war began on October 7, 2023, are women and children.
Additionally, at least 138,500 people have been injured during the conflict.
