Domestic users will only face an increase in fixed charges

(Web Desk): A decision has been made to increase gas prices starting from July 1st, and OGRA has issued a notification in this regard.
According to the report, the increase will not apply to domestic consumers; only the monthly fixed charges for domestic users have been raised.
Gas prices have not been changed for domestic consumers (slab rates), tandoors (bread ovens), commercial users, general industry (captive power), CNG stations, cement, and fertilizer sectors.
The government has increased gas prices for bulk consumers, the power sector, and industries, while domestic users will only face an increase in fixed charges.
