Govt has taken principled decision to stop Pakistani beggars and illegal immigration

Islamabad: Pakistani beggars deported from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other Gulf countries will be prosecuted under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
New legal amendments will soon be introduced in the Anti-Terrorism Act under a government decision. The government has taken this principled decision to stop Pakistani beggars and illegal immigration in the Gulf countries, which are damaging Pakistan’s national prestige.
It is also reported that in recent times, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other Gulf countries have complained to the government that families of beggars from Pakistan were moving to these countries and begging there, which is considered a serious crime.
