Islamabad: Once again, further evidence has emerged regarding links between Fitna al-Khawarij and Afghanistan behind terrorism in Pakistan.
According to details, security forces conducted a successful operation in the Sheikh Banda mountainous area of Mohmand, eliminating two Khwarij terrorists. One of the killed terrorists was identified as an Afghan national.
Authorities stated that Afghan Emirati identification documents, foreign currency, modern weapons, and a suicide vest were recovered from the slain terrorists.
Officials said that the Afghan Khwarij member was clearly identified as Umar Bilal on his Afghan Emirati ID card. He was a resident of Khost province in Afghanistan.

According to defense experts, the identification of the Afghan militant is further proof that the nexus between Fitna al-Khawarij and the Afghan Taliban regime is attempting to destabilize peace in Pakistan.
Defense analysts further stated that Pakistan has repeatedly presented evidence at international forums regarding the use of Afghan soil for terrorism. They added that Pakistan’s security forces remain committed to eliminating terrorism from the country root and branch.
It is worth mentioning that the security forces carried out this successful operation on June 4, 2026, during which two Khwarij terrorists were eliminated.
