Interior Minister visits NADRA center in Lahore, Expresses anger over poor arrangements
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi issued on-the-spot orders to resolve the problems faced by citizens.


Lahore: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a surprise visit to the NADRA Center at Shimla Pahari in Lahore and expressed strong displeasure over the huge crowd and non-functional air conditioning.
During the visit, Mohsin Naqvi ordered improvements in facilities at the NADRA Center and inquired from citizens present there about the process of obtaining identity cards and other documents.
On the occasion, the Interior Minister visited various counters, interacted with citizens, and asked about their issues. He directed the staff to manage the crowd more effectively.
He stated that he had previously visited the NADRA Center at Shimla Pahari when the situation was better, but this time the feedback from citizens was not satisfactory. He emphasized that there would be no compromise on the provision of fast and efficient services to the public.
