Islamabad (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Saturday, departed for Pakistan from Antalya, Turkiye, after successfully concluding his visits to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkiye.
At Antalya airport, the prime minister and his delegation were seen off by senior Turkish officials, including Ambassador Tolga Bermek, Ambassador Nilufer Kaygisiz, Member of Parliament Burhan Kayaturk and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Turkiye Yousaf Junaid, PM Office Media Wing said in a press release.
During the three-day visit, the prime minister held high-level meetings with the leadership of all three brotherly countries. He also interacted with the global leaders participating in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
Discussions during the visit focused on strengthening bilateral ties, Pakistan’s efforts to promote regional peace and key regional and global developments.
The Pakistani delegation accompanying the prime minister included Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Special Assistant to PM Tariq Fatemi and Prime Minister’s spokesperson for international media Musharraf Zaidi.
