Per tola price reaches Rs499,962 after a gain of Rs4,600

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan surged on Tuesday in line with their gain in the international market. The per tola price of yellow metal reached Rs499,962 after a gain of Rs4,600 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs428,636 after it increased by Rs3,943 according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Monday, gold price per tola reached Rs495,362 after a decline of Rs1,600 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $46 to reach $4,776 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs326 to reach Rs8,260 per tola.
