Three individuals involved in the attack have been taken into custody

Karachi: During an anti-encroachment operation in Karachi’s Lea Market, Assistant Commissioner Hazim Bangwar survived an attack with a petrol bomb.
Speaking to media, Hazim Bangwar said that while the operation was underway, an unidentified person threw a petrol bomb at him, but he managed to escape unharmed. However, the petrol bomb caused a fire in a nearby shop.
He added that three individuals involved in the attack have been taken into custody.
Hazim Bangwar also stated that the fire at the shop was quickly brought under control through immediate local efforts, and the anti-encroachment operation was successfully completed.
