Rawalpindi: Ex-Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa suffered injuries owing to a fall at his residence, the military’s media wing confirmed on Thursday.
“He is currently undergoing treatment at a Combined Military Hospital (CMH),” the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
Earlier, reports indicated that Gen (retd) Bajwa slipped and fell in the washroom of his residence in Rawalpindi around 4:30am on Tuesday.
