Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-1 concludes in Balochistan as security forces kill 216 Indian sponsored terrorists

Rawalpindi: Security forces have successfully concluded Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-1 in Balochistan, during which 216 Indian-backed terrorists were neutralized.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation involved coordinated and swift intelligence-based actions. Terrorist elements operating under Indian patronage were targeted; these groups were involved in attacking civilians, including women and children, with the intent to sabotage peace and development.

The ISPR spokesperson stated that on January 29, 2026, operations were launched in the outskirts of Panjgur and Harnai based on confirmed intelligence. Security forces carried out raids on terrorist hideouts, killing 41 terrorists linked to Indian proxy networks.

ISPR further stated that through careful planning, actionable intelligence, and coordinated joint operations, Pakistan’s security forces and law enforcement agencies, with the support of intelligence agencies, conducted Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-1 with precision and determination. As a result of these coordinated encounters and subsequent clearance operations, 216 terrorists were killed, severely damaging the leadership, command and control structure, and operational capabilities of terrorist networks.

According to the Pakistan Army spokesperson, the operation inflicted heavy losses on the leadership, command and control, and operational capacity of terrorist networks. A large cache of foreign-manufactured weapons, ammunition, explosives, and other equipment was also recovered.

The spokesperson added that during the operation, 36 innocent civilians, including women and children, were martyred, while 22 soldiers laid down their lives in defense of the motherland and for the protection of civilians.

ISPR stated that the nation pays tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs and stands with their families. Counter-terrorism operations will continue with full force until terrorism is completely eradicated. Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-1 reflects the resolve of the people of Balochistan and Pakistan for peace, unity, and progress.
