Karachi: An eight-year-old boy died after falling into a sewer in Karachi’s Korangi Mehran Town area.
According to police officials, the deceased child was identified as Dilbar. He was playing outside his home when he accidentally fell into the sewer.
Police said that the boy’s uncle later retrieved the body from the sewer.
It is worth recalling that earlier this month, the body of a three-year-old child who had fallen into an open manhole near NIPA Chowrangi in Karachi’s Gulshan-e-Iqbal area was recovered from a drain one kilometer away after 14 hours.
