Major developments in YouTuber Ducky Bhai's gambling app case
This is sixth time that Ducky Bhai’s remand has been extended


Lahore: The physical remand of YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, alias Ducky Bhai, who was arrested on charges of encouraging gambling and uploading obscene material on social media, has been extended for another three days.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing presented Ducky Bhai in the Judicial Magistrate’s court after completing his two-day remand.
During the hearing, the investigating officer took the position that further investigations are underway in the case, and the court approved the three-day physical remand of the YouTuber.
This is the sixth time that Ducky Bhai’s remand has been extended. He is accused of promoting illegal gambling applications through his YouTube channel.
Under the same allegation, the National Crime Agency Lahore registered a case against him on the complaint of the state at midnight on August 17.
The case includes sections 13 (electronic forgery), 14 (electronic fraud), 25 (spam), and 26 (spoofing) of the Electronic Crimes Act 2016, as well as sections 294-B and 420 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
