The search for the injured terrorists is still ongoing


North Waziristan: Terrorists attacked a police checkpoint in the jurisdiction of Mir Ali Police Station, but in a swift and effective response by police and security forces, three terrorists were killed.
The joint police checkpoint in Mir Ali came under terrorist fire, during which Constable Nizamullah was martyred, and Constable Inamullah was injured.
However, due to the timely counteraction by police and security forces, the terrorists were forced to flee. Three were killed, and four others were injured in the operation. The search for the injured terrorists is still ongoing.
Meanwhile, the funeral prayer for the martyred constable Nizamullah was held with full honors. The ceremony was attended by senior military and police officials, as well as members of civil society. A police guard of honor was presented to the fallen officer.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa IGP Zulfiqar Hameed paid rich tribute to the brave personnel who fought courageously.
He stated that the officers who fight on the front lines, risking their lives, are the pride of the police force. He especially praised the wounded Constable Inamullah, who heroically took down three terrorists, calling it an unforgettable act of bravery.
