Reham Khan says Pakistan Republic Party will serve the people

(Web Desk): A new chapter is about to be added to Pakistan’s political landscape, as Reham Khan, the former wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, has announced the formation of her own political party.
Reham Khan has named her party the Pakistan Republic Party.
She stated that the new political party will act as the voice of the people and hold the rulers accountable. The Pakistan Republic Party will actively work to resolve the issues faced by the public.
She said that she had promised the Karachi Press Club that any political initiative she undertakes would begin from there, as the club stood by her during difficult times.
Reham Khan added that modern technology is now available, and one should begin any endeavor with the name of Allah, as intention is very important. She mentioned that blessings come when one acts for the sake of others, something her father had taught her.
She also shared that she had joined the BBC in 2012, and after resigning from a senior broadcast position, she spent four years with her mother.
Reham said that she had fallen in love with Pakistan. “I have observed Pakistan from 2012 to 2025. Our people don’t even have access to clean drinking water,” she said. A young girl once told her, “Please don’t become like the other politicians,” which, Reham said, is why she stayed away from traditional politics.
