Water pressure in Neelum River at Aath Mukam is 40% less than usual

Aath Mukam: Despite the defeat, India did not give up its stubbornness and stopped the water of the Neelum River from the Kishanganga Dam.
The Superintendent of Police said that the water pressure in the Neelum River at Aath Mukam is 40 percent less than usual, and water was released from the Kishanganga Dam during the recent Pakistan-India tension.
In the past few days, India has accelerated work on the project to connect the Chenab River with the Beas and Ravi rivers to complete its nefarious plan to deprive Pakistan of water.
It is pertinent to note that after India threatened to suspend the Indus Water Treaty after the Pahalgam attack on April 23, 2025 and announced to use water as a weapon, China significantly accelerated the construction activities of the Mohmand Dam, giving strategic importance to this important project.
On April 22, 26 people were killed and about a dozen injured in a firing incident at a tourist spot in Pahalgam, occupied Kashmir, after which India started blaming Pakistan without any evidence and unilaterally suspended the Indus Water Treaty.
