Pakistan rises to top-tier in global cyber security within 2 years


(Web Desk): India has once again demonstrated a conspiratorial mindset, resorting to cyber terrorism by launching coordinated cyber attacks on various federal ministries in Pakistan.
Federal Minister for IT, Shaza Fatima, confirmed the attacks and stated that the enemy’s attempts were successfully thwarted.
According to the Minister, the cyber attacks caused no significant damage and did not impact Pakistan’s telecom infrastructure. She explained that all federal ministry websites are hosted on the National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), which has a robust cybersecurity system in place.
Fatima further said that Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) have been established at both national and provincial levels, which issue regular advisories. Additionally, the National Telecommunication & Information Security Board (NTISB) remains actively engaged in monitoring and countering cyber threats.
With pride, the Minister highlighted that within just two years, Pakistan has joined the list of top-tier countries in the field of cybersecurity and is now ranked alongside developed nations such as the United States and the United Kingdom.
She also noted that despite the cyber attacks, the Pakistani public remained resilient and even responded with humor by creating memes and enjoying the situation on social media.
Shaza Fatima made it clear: “We have always spoken for peace, but let it be known — we Pakistanis are not afraid of anyone.”
Her statement stands as proof that Pakistan is not only strong in traditional defense but also fully capable of responding effectively on the digital front. India’s latest ploy has also failed, and once again, Pakistan has delivered a resounding response, proving it is ready on all fronts.
