Pakistan open to ‘neutral, transparent’ investigation into Pahalgam attack: PM Shehbaz
He also stated that neighboring country had accused Pakistan without evidence


Kakul: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday said Pakistan was open to any “neutral and transparent” investigation into the Pahalgam attack in India-occupied Kashmir this week.
Addressing the grand ceremony of the passing out parade at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA), Kakul, Shehbaz Sharif said that our armed forces are a symbol of organization, unity, and national interest, and a symbol of determination. The armed forces of Pakistan have a name due to their professional capabilities.
He stated that Pakistan is fully aware of its responsibilities for the establishment of world peace and will continue to fulfill its responsibilities according to the UN Charter.
Talking about the Pahalgam false flag operation and the Kashmir issue, the Prime Minister added that Kashmir is Pakistan’s jugular vein and an internationally recognized disputed territory. The Kashmiri people must be given the right to self-determination.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif further said that Pakistan has always condemned all kinds of terrorism. Pakistan has suffered heavy losses of life and property in the war against terrorism, no one has sacrificed more than Pakistan to eradicate the scourge of terrorism.
He also stated that our neighboring country had accused Pakistan without evidence. A series of baseless allegations were started on the Pahalgam incident. Pakistan is ready to cooperate in an impartial investigation of the Pahalgam incident.
On India's water aggression, he said that water is our lifeline, and there can be no compromise on it. “Pakistan will protect its security and sovereignty at all costs. if any adventure takes place, we will give a befitting reply just like in February 2019. We will respond to every attempt to stop Pakistan's water with national power”.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan said that he will not allow any harm to the integrity of the beloved homeland and will confront every adventure against national dignity and interest.
Shehbaz Sharif also stated that efforts are being made for economic stability. The focus is on increasing investment and economic development. The Deputy Prime Minister for relations with Afghanistan visited Kabul. We want peaceful and stable relations with Afghanistan. The Afghan government should stop the use of its land by the Fitna al-Kharijites.
