The court should cancel the order of PHC amid an illegal verdict.

Islamabad: Jamiat-e-Ulema Islami (JUI) has filed a plea in Supreme court (SC) against its member national assembly.
JUI challenged the appointment orders of Sadaf Ahsan on reserve seat in SC.
It is stated in the plea that Sadaf Ahsan’s name was not in the submitted list by the party. Party gave the name of Sadaf Yasmin but she did not show interest.
JUI said that Sadaf Ahsan got the seat of Sadaf Yasmin by some alleged party elements. Election commission had started the inquiry then she approached to high court.
However, it is further stated in the petition that Peshawar high court (PHC) ordered to issue notification of Sadaf Ahsan as member national assembly.
