Rain likely in Karachi on Wednesday, Thursday 

Karachi: The Meteorological Department stated that there is a possibility of rain with thunder in Karachi on April 18 and 19.

According to the Meteorological Department, the rainfall system in the southwest is moving towards the east and another western system will enter Karachi on April 17.

It is pertinent to note that light and heavy rain continued intermittently throughout the city on Sunday.

Sarjani area recorded the heaviest rainfall in the city with 29 mm of rain, while electricity was cut in most areas as soon as the first drop fell, which was restored several hours later.
