Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extends heartfelt supplications for the advancement and prosperity of the nation and its citizens alongside unity among the Muslim Ummah.


Lahore: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif observed Eidul Fitr prayers in Lahore on Wednesday, and extended the heartfelt supplications for the advancement and prosperity of the nation, its citizens, for the unity of Muslim Ummah.
After prayer, PM Shehbaz exchanged warm Eid greetings with the public, and stressed upon remembering the underprivileged during the festive occasion.
The PM also pointed out the importance of upholding the ideals of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Muhammad Iqbal, aspiring to transform Pakistan into an Islamic welfare state.
“Let us reaffirm our dedication to extending support to those in need, and let us stand in solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians, whose ongoing struggles require our unwavering attention and backing,” he remarked.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar and Hamza Shehbaz accompanied the Prime Minister in the Eid prayers.
