Punjab CM greets on  sighting of Shawal moon

Lahore: “Happy Shawwal moon to Muslim Ummah, especially the people of Pakistan and Punjab,” said Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif on sighting of Shawal-ul-Mukarram moon.

She added,” May Allah Ta'ala  bring peace, faith, safety and Islam in this month of Shawwal.”

The CM also prayed, “May Allah accept our prayers and supplications in the month of Ramadan.” She added,” May the moon of Eid-ul-Fitr bring happiness and prosperity to every household.”

She said,” May Allah also bless the oppressed Muslims of Gaza and IIOJ&K with peace and safety. May Allah grant them the Eid of freedom.”
