Islamabad: Supreme court (SC) has withdrew the verdict to cancel appointment of former Manager Pakistan television (PTV) Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi.
According to the details, the court issued detailed verdict of review case of Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi. SC approved review pleas of Fawad Hassan Fawad, Pervaiz Rashid, Ishaq Dar and Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi.
Court stated that no proof has been found of corruption or nepotism. There is no evidence that PTV lost more than Rs19 millions.
However, the court said that the verdict regarding receiving money from Fawad Hassan Fawad, Ishaq Dar, Pervaiz Rashid and Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi was not correct. Later then the court withdrew the verdict amid this case.
