Applicant’s lawyer stated that 51 cases are registered against Hammad Azhar.


Peshawar: Peshawar high court (PHC) has approved transit bail in 51 cases of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Hammad Azhar.
According to the details, chief justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan heard the filed plea for transit bail.
Applicant’s lawyer stated that 51 cases are registered against Hammad Azhar. He does not know about the other cases that how many of them. Lahore, Cantt, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and in other cities have registered first initiative reports against him.
Chief justice inquired to additional advocate general that there are several cases in different cities. How much time should be given. Muhammad Ibrahim asked from additional advocate general.
Additional advocate general replied that the court give that time which would be appropriate. Later then the court ordered Hammad Azhar to appear in concerned courts within one month and approved transit bail.
