MQM’s two leader withdraws from senate elections

Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) leader Abd-ur-Rauf Siddique and Najeeb Haroon has withdrew from senate elections.

According to the details, both leaders talked to media while coming to election commission office regarding senate elections.

Abd-ur-Rauf Siddique stated that MQM’s decision is fair enough to support an independent candidate Faisal Vawda in senate elections. The relations with Faisal Vawda remained good but he is an MQM’s candidate in senate elections or not this can be asked by him.

Najeeb Haroon said that he was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi’s first president, took part in elections in 2018. After 20 moths he got to know that PTI was not on right path and he resigned from party.

He added that he is with MQM since January 6.
