LHC directs to withdraw Usman Dar's name from PNIL
The court also approved the seven-day protestive bail of Usman Dar in General Headquarters (GHQ).
Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) allowed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Usman Dar's name to be withdrawn from Provisional National Identification List (PNIL) to fly for Umrah.
According to the details, the court also approved the seven-day protestive bail of Usman Dar in General Headquarters (GHQ).
Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza of LHC heard the petition filed to remove Usman Dar's name from PNIL. He also remarked: “They are politicians, they will not go anywhere from Pakistan”.
The court accepted the PTI leader's request, after which he was allowed to go for Umrah.
Apart from this, the Lahore High Court also granted seven-day protective bail to Usman Dar in the GHQ attack case.
