Magnitude 4.8 earthquake in Zhob

Zhob: Earthquake tremors of magnitude 4.8 were felt in Zhob district of Balochistan.

According to the Seismological Center, earthquake tremors were felt in Zhob district of Balochistan, whose epicenter was 76 km east of Zhob and the depth was 37 km.

The earthquake took place at 8:25 in the morning. After the shocks of the earthquake, people came out of their houses and shops reciting Holy verses.

However, no loss of life or other damage has been reported as a result of the earthquake.

It is pertinent to note that earthquake tremors have been felt in several districts of the province including Quetta during the last one week.
