Lahore: The Lahore High court’s (LHC) appellate tribunal has allowed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Sanam Javed to contest for senate elections.
According to the details, justice Shahid Bilal Hassan has pronounced the reserved verdict. Tribunal has approved Sanam Javed’s plea.
However, the court termed the election commission’s verdict as nullified.
It should be noted that yesterday (Thursday) Sanam Javed had challenged the election commission’s verdict in election tribunal.
